Money Matters So Beware of Bad Deals


I need some fitness help?

I workout almost every day of every week. I eat a lot of protein and a fair amount of carbs, I eat about 2,000-3,000 calories a day and I run almost every day. I am having trouble with muscle and weight though. I am trying to gain muscle and I started to but it hasn't increased. I am also trying to lose weight. I started to lose weight but it doesn't seem like it is going anywhere. I've been working out for over a year and I thought I would see better results by now. Does anyone have any advice to help me gain muscle and lose fat?
