Fitness and diet question?

Ok,I'm 26 5 8'',140 lbs,my mesurement is 35-26-38 I lost around 20 pounds in 3 month (from 160 to 140)with exercise and diet.Now ,I know that I want to lose more and go like 135,something…but I think I am falling in anorexia,how can avoid that?and another think I want my hips to be 35'' but I already fill bones from sides,I mean I think I cant lose from width….what should I do?do you think I am ok or I should lose more from hips?I already fit in size 4 (canada) and I am a medium frame female.
