Not everyone enjoys a trip to the gym or the one on one instruction of a personal trainer. It is common for many people to start a new program and drop out in a matter of weeks. You could make the commitment and stick with it, if only there was a program that was right for you, a program where results come at a rapid pace. You probably have an image in your mind of a sergeant nose to nose with you screaming at the top of his lungs.
